Ugh. One of the dirtiest restaurants in Harford County. Food was not good. Full of "Townies" drinking at noon. Would never go back.

got the Reuben. it wasn't bad, it was boring. the bread was toasted and I couldn't taste the dressing. I guess they thought if you throw on an inch of meat, that makes a good sandwich.

Our soccer team was in the Baltimore Mania Tournament in March. Being that it was St. Patty's Day I was looking for an Irish Pub to celebrate. Good advise from the local Irish Pubs that it would be super crowded. No one would take our reservation. I found Bull on the Beach -spoke with Lauren and she very graciously they took a reservation for 35 on St. Patty's Day. A little skeptical when we arrived on Friday, my husband, son and I went to check out the place. What we found was a very friendly hostess who warmly greeted us and showed us around. The food smelled delicious and the bar and restaurant was very clean. It was the perfect atmosphere for the parents and 16/17 year old soccer players. When we entered Ryan gave me a big hug and a high five to my son ~ We were seated in the bar (which is what I requested because of the many TV's) - March Madness non the less. Our waitress, Sam, was super - separate checks for every family. Our food was great ~ everyone enjoyed it. Not one single complaint. I am a very fussy eater and so is my husband and son ~ We loved the place and would go back there in a heartbeat.

This place is ok. I had some steamed seafood and fries. I have only been there once about 2 years ago, but I have not gone back since. Obviously it didn't leave an impression.

This was a good place to eat. The food was good and they have a full bar. It's not real upscale but very good.

Typical dive-ish Maryland locals restaurant with your typical Maryland neighborhood dive bar and typical Maryland fare. They advertise a "raw bar" with oysters, mussels, and shrimp, and serve Maryland's native dish - the pit beef sandwich. Unfortunately, the pit beef was the worst part of the meal. My mother-in-law ordered the beef and cheddar, and noted that the beef was very dry. I ordered the Bronco Burger - a pit-cooked burger topped with pit beef - and noticed the same, although the Tiger Sauce helped tremendously. The pit beef was also flavorless ... there was absolutely no smoky flavor. Just blandness. The burger part, however, was pretty good. My wife got just the burger and enjoyed it. Those who got the pit ham also liked it. Fries were standard food service fare (as were many of the condiments and side items) but were cooked fine. The bar is definitely a "locals bar" and is devoid of any good draft beer. I wouldn't suggest going here again, but I wouldn't object if someone else in the family wanted to go. I could find something decent to eat, but I wasn't impressed - especially with the pit beef, which they claim as a signature item.

This establishment has been consistently mediocre to bad since it opened. The food is overpriced, the signature pit beef is ALWAYS bone dry, the service is generally fairly slow. It is only getting two stars instead of one because the bar area isn't a bad place to hang out with friends.

Good atmosphere bad mediocre food. We sat in the bar, which apparently was a mistake. One person waiting on tables and tending bar. I got the beef and cheddar. Mistake, the meat was awful, no flavor and a weird gray color, the cheddar was a piece of melted American cheese. Fries were disappointing, frozen and not seasoned. The husband got a grilled chicken sandwich with mash potatoes. The potatoes were instant the chicken was bland. Bland and tasteless is the theme here. Nice sever. Bad-bad food. Probably would come back for drinks, but not food.

The food was terrrrrible , the French fries were over cooked. The mash potatoes did not taste right , it left a weird nasty after taste. The crab cakes we had ordered were so so. They certainly aren't the best. Our waitress and bill were the only decent things about our lunch. I'm never going back.

This place was...mediocre. Food was decently priced (a crab cake sandwich was $15) and had an average taste. The decor was plain and not very memorable. The staff was friendly and attentive. I would probably be back but this is definitely not one of my first choices.

I have been to this location on three different occasions over the course of a few years and I can say that the service has never been up to par. With that being said the bartender was great today. Very quick with drinks and entertaining. The food is terrible. Stale rolls, dry pit beef, and the mashed potatoes tasted like dirty dish water. It concerns me about the cleanliness of the kitchen. I don't think we will be back.

The most unhappy people I ever saw in a place like that. Rude!! The guy cooking in the back, hates mothers day, and told everyone that, food sucked. how do they stay in business!!

I really wanted to like this place but I just couldn't make myself. It was a Saturday night and the place was pretty busy. Our waitress was nice but rarely came back to check on us. She never even asked us how the food was!! The food wasn't good in my opinion. I ordered a crab pretzel but I'm pretty sure there wasn't really any crab in the cheese they smothered it in. I normally love pretzels but this one was dry and harder than a soft pretzel should be. Disappointing. I then had a bowl of maryland crab soup. I was not expecting a bowl of soup with cabbage and bacon in it. The soup also had a liquid smoke flavor or bbq flavor to it. I absolutely hated this soup. It was a little spicy but I couldn't get passed the shredded cabbage and chewy bacon. I did see 1 teeny piece of crab floating around in my soup. My husband had a burger which took forever to come out. He said it was ok but he wasn't that impressed. My daughter had a hot dog but she just loved it. I think it was the best meal at the table. The fries were good that came with the hot dog. I also ordered a margarita, my drink of choice, and I actually sent it back it was so bad. I have never, I repeat NEVER, sent an item of food or a drink back in all my life. I wanted to send the soup back too but the drink was worse. I can't say if it was too sweet or what it was but the first couple drinks made me gag. We won't be going back. Sorry Bull on the Beach.

The burgers and service is awesome here. Went on Karaoke night and the bartender sure has a set of vocal chords!! Definitely a place I would come back to after a softball game with playaction sports. Oh btw, you do get discounts if you are part of that league!!!

It took me longer to order than to get my food! And it was too hot to eat when I got it. I was very impressed that they could serve me good, hot food so quickly after I placed my order. I ordered the open pit beef sandwich for myself, and a combination of pit beef and pit ham for my friend, both served with gravy fries (gravy is $1 extra). I think that pit beef is always a little dry, but it tasted good with gravy on it (as opposed to my normal horseradish and BBQ sauce). Normally, I don't like ham, but their pit ham is why I gave this place 5 stars. The staff here is very friendly, and the overall atmosphere is lively

I always eat at the bar here. I usually have better service that way. You'll always see something interesting in here...
